We will take the reins so you can enjoy your special day.

30-60 days before the event meeting, preferably at the venue.

       We can help with last minute decisions and final check   

lists.

       You hand over all the vendor contacts and information.

       We work with the vendors to make sure all final payments   are in place.

Few days before (or day before):

       Final meeting to make sure everything is checked off those lists.

      We finalize everything with vendors.

Day of:

       We are point of contact for vendors.

       We can answer any vendor questions to not disturb you on the big day.

This is for the bride who needs help with the planning process and with choosing vendors. 

     We will be there through the whole process from engagement to the last dance.

Consultation

    We meet with you to narrow down what you are looking for.

    We start looking for vendors to meet your needs.

Frequent Check in

   We plan appointments with vendors.

   We can help coordinate vendor payments, timelines, and contracts.

  We can help manage those to do lists.
